By accessing or purchasing products from Apex Firmographics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Data License Agreement. These terms apply to all buyers, visitors, and users of the site.
Apex Firmographics provides aggregated, normalized, and hashed business intelligence data derived from federal sources (SAM.gov, USASpending). We guarantee the technical delivery of this data as structured CSV/JSON formats or AWS S3 delta updates. However, we are not responsible for underlying changes in third-party federal APIs or reporting errors made by the entities themselves.
Standard data directories are processed securely via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Enterprise Master Vault licenses are invoiced directly. All sales of digital data products are final and non-refundable once the data has been downloaded or provisioned to your S3 bucket.
In no event shall Apex Firmographics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our datasets (including loss of revenue, profits, or data). Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific data license in the preceding twelve (12) months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to data updates without notice if you are found to be in violation of our Data License Agreement (e.g., unauthorized reselling or public distribution of our data pipelines).
