By accessing or purchasing products from Apex Firmographics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Data License Agreement. These terms apply to all buyers, visitors, and users of the site.
Apex Firmographics provides aggregated, normalized, and cryptographically hashed business intelligence data derived from federal sources (SAM.gov, USASpending). We guarantee the technical delivery of this production data strictly in Snappy-compressed Apache Parquet format alongside JSON metadata manifests. However, we are not responsible for underlying changes in third-party federal APIs or reporting errors made by the entities themselves.
All transactions, Custom Scoped Slice invoicing, and Master Vault subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. Upon successful payment verification, our infrastructure automatically provisions your secure AWS S3 delivery endpoints. Because of the immediate, automated provisioning and digital nature of these data payloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the data has been provisioned to your designated S3 bucket or accessed via a secure delivery URI.
In no event shall Apex Firmographics be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our datasets (including loss of revenue, profits, or data). Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific data license in the preceding twelve (12) months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your automated data updates and revoke AWS IAM access without notice if you are found to be in violation of our Data License Agreement (e.g., unauthorized reselling, circumvention of cryptographic hashes, or public distribution of our data pipelines).
